Modern room with kitchenette, washer/dryer, hair dryer, good shampoo, conditioner and soap, good coffee, helpful and friendly staff, etc. and close to Marina Bay where the international outrigger canoe event we were attending was held.

We only had a brief one night stay. We very much appreciated the use of a room later after we checked out to have showers before our haul flight. Thank you! Service and staff were fantastic

For a ,3star hotel it had everything you need plus a very good bed and shower and close to 712 next door, good restaurants and the Chinatown mrt.

Location, rooms, cleanliness, good value for SG. Excellent staff very considerate to my senior citizen travel companions (and family). Beautiful entrance.

They always clean and change the towels, matresses and refills coffee, water, shampoo, tissue, toothpaste etc

We stayed at the crest suite ,with accessible to lounge services,the suite was amazingly spacious and comfortable the vie was beautiful.I would definitely come back to this hotel and all swiss hotel around the globe.

Loved everything about the hotel especially the view of the bay from the room and bathroom. The service was excellent. The location was perfect.

We really appreciated the location and the attentiveness of the staff, they were always available to answer any questions. One of our favorite features was not having to worry about room cards; everything was managed through the app on our phones. It felt very secure, with floor access restrictions in place, and check-in and check-out processes were easy to follow. We did experience a small mix-up with the room keys for two rooms at check-in, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Another great bonus was having a washing machine and dryer available on each floor, it made our stay much more convenient.

Perfect stay! I got upgraded to a room with views on boat quay. The bed was comfortable, the apartments spacious and perfectly clean, the check-in and the whole stay was made easy by the team - Rome, Mary, and Shaneen. The WiFi worked great, I was able to do laundry, and even had a rooftop. The location was top tier, and right next to a Starbucks too for breakfast. My stay in Singapore couldn’t have been any better. I know I’ll be recommending this property to my friends and stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

design and facility are excellent. especially the fragrance aroma help me calm since I walk into the hostel. I love the rooftop and living room area is amazing, also the coffee machine and books they choose to present in the shelf. would recommend to try the teh tarik and soy bean milk from the coffee machine.

The guy working at reception made our trip. We got a little ill and he helped us. Going far beyond anything I’ve experienced.

make up room everyday and bottled water always replenished. location really amazing accessible to all and near tourist spots. Staff superb and very accommodating. Although room is quite old but still decent and clean.

Spectacular architecture, so beautiful. I like it more than MBS and that is a lot to say. All is wonderful, if you can get a room with the bay view, do it!

Big spacious room, comfy bed, ample storage space, nice bathroom/shower with plenty of toiletries and clean towels, incredible view of Marina Bay. Fantastic selection at breakfast, great buffets and drinks in the Pacific Club Lounge with brilliant city and bay views. Absolutely superb
