Beds were very comfortable. Spacious room. Clean. The filtered water faucet is fantastic. None of these plastic water bottles. And the glass water bottle for us fill and to take around the city is so thoughtful; doing away with plastic.

When I first saw the pictures of the hotel online, I immediately knew that I wanted to stay there during my visit to SG because it looked so magical. When I actually saw it for the first time, I was mesmerized by their beauty and size, and how nature-friendly they are. They definitely stand out from the surroundings. The staff was friendly, especially Judy from the front desk who checked us in. She made sure to maintain eye contact with me and kept smiling throughout the entire process. It was nice of them to offer us an early check in as well. The hotel prepared a really sweet surprise for us on our anniversary trip. When we walked into the room, there was a handwritten card from Mary. It was incredibly thoughtful of them to arrange a surprise, and I'm grateful for everything they did to help us cherish the wonderful memories from this trip! The location is very convenient, in Chinatown near Clarke Quay, all within walking distance. I definitely recommend this hotel to other guests, and I'm sad that my stay was so short. If i have a chance to visit SG again, I want to stay there again.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Singapore. It is in the central business area. Travel options are close by with bus stops, MRT train stations and the Hop On Hop Off Tourist stops at the hotel. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby the hotel, The hotels own services are very good albeit quite expensive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and unlimited. Afternoon tea in the Courtyard is a must. The rooms are very good with a very, very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Room servicing is brilliant with the room cleaned daily but without disturbing you.

Everything when well and wonderful, from the attention ot the staff to the exquisite breakfast, super complete for all tastes. This is my favorite hotel in Singapore!!

Great property in an unbeatable location! It's close to several MRT stations, with one exit literally a few steps away from the front entrance of the hotel. The property is right in the heart of Chinatown, with the famous Maxwell Hawker Centre just a few minutes' walk away. There are also numerous restaurants, shops, a traditional market right on your doorstep and a mall all just a leisurely stroll away. The room I stayed in was small but had all basic amenities covered, the bed was nice and comfy, the shower was hot and strong, the aircon was quiet and cold, and the room itself was impeccably clean! My room was also very quiet, even despite the hustle bustle outside, and there were also black-out curtains over the windows. Most wonderful of all are the staff, particularly Mary, Maica, Yani and Lily. They were friendly, helpful, proactive, and always ready to provide assistance. In fact, they got in touch with me before I even reached Singapore! Heritage Collection is now definitely my top choice for the next time I go back to Singapore!
