    A wonderful place to stay! Spotlessly clean, great A/C and water pressure. On one of the main streets, but quiet enough, the night market is 50 meters from the back door. 20 restaurants within 5 minute walk.. Host was charming, arranged Similan Islands trip and transport to Khao Sok at reasonable prices. The patio is a nice place to sit, have a beer or smoothie, check your email and watch the world go by.

    Exceptional Value for the price, Centrally located in a less crowded part of Khao Lak Town. If you are looking to book a one day Snorkeling trip to the Similan Islands, look no further, Manager has the absolute cheapest price available anywhere, and you get the same trip as everyone else paying way more. Thanks Mr. Chang for saving me a lot of money. Note: This is a review for Khao Lak Town accessibility, not for staying and being close to any beaches, etc.. Just rent a motorbike for that.

    The warmth and hospitality of Wandee and her staff is top notch. I was doing everything at the last minute, and I had a nice comfy place waiting for me after a long trek from Bali. Laundry service is amazing too! I came here to stay before hopping on a liveaboard for the Surin and Similan islands.

    It was a great location by the beach and away from the touristy hotspots so more quiet and relaxed. Access to some lovely restaurants on the beach. Great beaches for swimming at. You can snorkel right off the beach and see coral and fish (though obviously not as diverse as the Similan Islands etc). We were lucky enough to see a turtle snorkeling off the beach. Most of the local tours will pick up from Poseidon and staff can also help with bookings. We'd definitely return.
