We loved our stay here. The daily breakfast was so nice and they had different options each day. The room was very comfortable - nice sheets, comfy bed, etc. The rooftop pool was just lovely too. We liked that it was in a tucked away location so it was quiet, yet within easy walking distance to attractions. And the staff were all super helpful, and they actually seem to communicate with each other to meet the needs of their guests (e.g. remembering my sunflower allergy, coordinating a small repair in our room, etc). Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The hotel was in a great location so we could walk everywhere in the Old City. The Sunday Walking Market goes along our street so it’s super busy on Sunday night. The staff was exceptional; always welcoming and happy to ask about our day or offer suggestions of where to go. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean with water and coke replenished in the fridge everyday if needed. Having fresh fruit, coffee and water available all day was great. We enjoyed the pool to cool off after a day out. Can’t say enough good things about Kiki, Tan, Pop, Pim, Dan and Momo at the front desk, they really enjoy their job; and the housekeeping staff were also great!

    Huge place so don't expect to work around it all...

    Huge place so don't expect to work around it all methodically! Morning/lunchtime may be better as it gets so busy. There is a mixture of quality when it comes to the clothing, though the prices do reflect upon this. It is worth a visit, though if you prefer good quality then we recommend the jing jai market in Chiang Mai
