It’s new hotel , located 100m from metro station . Staff is well trained and speaks good English, breakfast is plentiful and different each day. My family and I had a lovely 9 days at swimming pool , sauna and steam room. I highly recommended this hotel . Our maid on 2 floor Malika was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests. I can also recommend Mado restaurant which is located in the same building

Everything about hotel is nice at the season. Meeting and greating was lovely, Vladimir is the one who deals with guests. Breakfast is good with variety of salads, we loved every day staying there.

I loved the accommodation and behavior of the staff at the hotel. Everything was excellent, including the breakfast and the comfort of the rooms. I would like to specifically thank Miss Ipek for her hospitality and attention. I recommend the hotel and it deserves five stars.
