We had a super early flight. Excellent location.

Loved the staff. Super happy group and accomading!

Clean hotel. Bartender was great. Room was perfect.

Convenient for me because I have a dog. We enjoy staying at beach. Room is comfortable and clean😊

Absolutely beautiful! All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Right off route 13. Restaurant right next door

Impressed immediately by the service when we arrived. The man at the front desk was really friendly and gave me a few complimentary snacks/drinks for my wife and kids. The breakfast was great for a place at this price point, and the chef kept everything fresh. Only bummed we couldn't hop in the pool (looked pristine--saw an employee skimming it as we left), but we were only there for one night and my kids wanted to hit up the beach.

The staff was so friendly. They were also constantly cleaning. The bagel bar in the morning was also really nice.

I really like that is by a bunch of food nd stores

The worker at the counter in the lobby was very helpful in getting things squared away for my hotel stay. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. And my request to have a unit nearest to the elevator is met because my fiancee has a disability.

I was in town to attend my nephew, Richard Jr, funeral. Three weeks prior was his dad's funeral, my older brother, Richard Sr. I was grieved beyond words and exhausted from it all. The staff had no idea what I had experienced. I was very hungry as well. From the moment I entered the property I received excellent service. The front desk clerk, Dana, was very professional and welcoming. She went above and beyond her job. I told her I was very hungry and tired and needed something to eat close by the hotel. She googled nearby restaurants and assisted me in ordering my lunch. She volunteered to pickup my meal on her break. She said I could go to my room and she'd let me know when she returned. David the Maintenance Supervisor brought it to my room. I worked for Holiday Inn City Centre in downtown Chicago, in the reservation and front desk department. I know what is expected of me as a n employee. I know how the customer/potential client should be served. The lady in the kitchen cooked great meals daily. After breakfast, she served me before the funeral. They all were great‼️

I love everything! Got my tummy full on my breakfast 😅

They were just so polite. From the front office to housekeeping. That to me is always an extra positive aspect when I do get a chance to get away. To be in the company of people who seem to care about you. A smile goes an absolute long way. It was so peaceful I skipped breakfast.

Clean, patio, grills big suite

Good location to our event. Staff was friendly and facility was clean and attended to.

I like how friendly and helpful the staff were and how clean everything was around in and outside the facility.

I loved the location. It was very convenient to the highway and restaurants. Only minutes away from the beach.

The hotel staff was courteous, professional and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean and warm when we walked in on a 27-degree afternoon. The breakfast was also exceptional. This was our second stay at this location.

For traveling professionals the large rooms with a desk is fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable, including the bed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having a friendly welcome to breakfast was a great start to my day. Breakfast was not just a bagel or toast and coffee, bonus!

Convenient location. Very friendly staff.
