I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

The room was superb, very clean and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great too! The white noise machine (part of the clock) was a great bonus! Having stayed in Midtown during previous trips, staying in the Upper West Side was a welcome change. The location is excellent. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Central Park and Subway stations. Loads of great bars and restaurants close by.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Manhattan, spacious room, well furnished and equipped, good bedding, very good spacious bathroom. very nice view on the Rockefeller Center. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We will gladly come again.

Great location, just a block away from Times Square and subway. Bryant Park is a small park with a nice atmosphere. The staff at Luma was very helpful and polite! Rooms are spacious and equipped with nice features (usb plugs,etc).

I used to live a block away, and it is the perfect location, I used to always spend time on the UES, but after the pandemic I moved to the UWS - and Columbus Circle has it all - Central Park proximity, great restaurants, a few blocks from Carnegie Hall and from Lincoln Center, shopping, groceries (Whole Foods) and transportation. Great place a block away to watch the Thanksgiving parade.

Good for subway for time square and Central Park is right there. The subway is 3.75 single trip . Tips on you tube on how to use. Pay cash or card in the machine. If it asks for zip code I think it’s 99999

So busy & packed with people, buskers & vehicles.

So busy & packed with people, buskers & vehicles. Go downstairs to the amazing food gallery where you buy anything your tastebuds delight in. Buy a single something or an entire meal to either eat in or take away. It is so inexpensive & as fresh as you could imagine. Take your purchases across the Circle & eat in Central Park for a real buzz.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from Columbus circle. Super close to the subway for exploring the rest of New York, but also tonnes to do in the local area. Alberto & Sara were quick to respond and sent detailed instructions for checking in. The WiFi was great. The apartment is super cosy and homely and we miss it already!
