Crowded AF... cuz it's REALLY cool and it's REALLY free.
Crowded AF... cuz it's REALLY cool and it's REALLY free. My advice is to rent an electric bike and tour the place and stop when you want to, They have bike rentals in the visitor center. Parking in the Garden of the Gods is hit or miss when you drove through, There are 45 minute shuttle tours, but they don;t stop to let you out and walk, Drink lots of water,,, carry it with you,.,, It;'s hot

Incredible scenery, very easy visit that doesn't require much physical stamina. Although we took part in the 5K run route which they mark off once a week - nice fun activity! Staff are lovely and welcoming, the cafe on-site is also nice. Highly recommended.

One of the most beautiful sites of all...
One of the most beautiful sites of all...We visit every time we come to Colorado Springs. We also went to the Andrew Wommack Family Conference in Woodland Park and had a beautiful vacation while visiting Charis Bible College which sits high upon a mountain top. We were able to tour the College and see the recording set that Andrew Wommack records from. I HIGHLY suggest checking out his other programs and going to any you can . Many fine speakers were there, one being a Senator Bob Mckewn from Ohio. Fabulous speakers, great food and most of all, a true Refreshing of the soul ....HIGHLY recommended...Charis Bible College.

WE HAD AN INDIVIDUAL TOUR BY JANE WHO WORKS THERE AND WHO CAME IN ON HER OWN TIME TO SHOW US AROUND (SHE IS A FRIEND OF OUR HOSTS). SHE IS EXTREMELY PASSIONATE ABOUT HER ROLE IN THE STEWARDSHIP OF THE PARK AND WILLING TO SHARE HER EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF IT. THE PARK IS AWE INSPIRING AND HUMBLING AT THE SAME TIME.

Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel! They served omelets, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages – everything that you would need. The location is also pretty convenient – right on the interstate. It took us ~12 minutes to drive to Old Colorado City and Downton, and ~15 to get to the Garden of the Gods. As an additional bonus, an outstanding Indian restaurant right across the street.
This is a great motel if you are looking to be budget minded and get the best bang for your buck. Not the best part of town but didn't feel unsafe. The gentleman who manages(owns?) the place is such a gracious host. He gives you a breakfast bag with lots of goodies and fresh fruit. The rooms are comfortable with a great view of Pikes Peak. Located close to the downtown area, old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Lots of attractions in the area (Garden of the Gods is best).
Location was great! It's right along the road between Colorado Springs & Manitou Springs. Most of our itinerary items were within a short drive (Garden of the Gods, Cog Rail, Manitou Springs. We drove into Denver 1 evening for a baseball game. (It's only an hour drive but take rush hour traffic into consideration!!)
The hotel was in a great location, it was very clean and well kept given the age of the property. The staff was very nice and helpful, and it was great to wake up each day and get to look out and see Garden of the Gods in the distance.
My room was nice and clean, breakfast was great. Garden of the gods it's just 10-15 minutes away from the hotel, there are many fast food restaurants just across the street.
Location was very close to garden of the gods and pikes peak….about 15 min each! As an added bonus, old Colorado and manitou springs were very close by too!
We stayed in a garden apartment, it had a bed, bathroom, TV and fridge. Just what we needed to come back to after a long day of exploring
Family of 4 (2 young kids) enjoyed our stay here! Staff was very friendly and welcoming, loved how clean and up to date the hotel was. Breakfast was a great value. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, it was very clean. There was a lot of dogs staying there so its definitely pet friendly. There was a fridge and microwave so we saved money by storing some leftovers and snacks in the room with us. Recommend staying here with your family to enjoy Colorado Springs as its not too far from pikes Peak and Garden of the gods.
The breakfast was nice, the staff was very friendly. The location was fantastic, it was very close to the garden of the gods. and Pikes Peak. The area was nice and quite. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is clean, relatively new, and in a good location -- close to a Walmart Supercenter and various restaurants (some even walkable), a Costco is a few miles and a few exits down the highway. The staff were very friendly and very helpful in resolving issues.
There were no issues with parking at this hotel, a lot of spots all in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and dining area is pretty big.
Hotel is in a good location for accessing Garden of the Gods.
