The staff was always friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. I really liked the temperature controls. The TV was big and high-quality. The location was perfect; it's very close to Central Park, Times Square, multiple subway lines, great restaurants, and a good supermarket. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary day passes to a local gym (Crunch), which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Location: Perfect for visiting NYC for holidays! It’s near the metro subway, Times Square and broadway show theatres. There’re also lots of convenient stores, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also relatively safe since there are many of people around. The only con I could think of is the noise from the streets, which I think is unavoidable anyway due to the location of the hotel being in the centre of the city. Room: We booked a deluxe king bedroom which was actually spacious. The room was very clean and modern. Loved the TV being behind the mirror! Also loved the quality of pillows and mattress which were soft and comfortable. There’s also a safety deposit box, iron with iron board and a hair dryer. They also provided hotel slippers, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste though so don’t forget to bring your own. In case you forget, the CVS Pharmacy is just near the hotel anyway so you could easily get one. Staff: Very accommodating and lovely! They allowed us to check in early and they even gave us a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon! Special thanks to Naida, Janitza and Dee! You guys are awesome. :) Overall, very happy with our stay here! It’s a good value for the money given the quality of service, the room and the location. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting New York! :)

Fantastic location, it was easy to walk to most places or hop on the subway, plenty of stops about. Room was a far more generous size than I was expecting in New York and very clean.

The location was great, and the service was excellent.

The room was great, when we arrived we asked for a room on the highest floor possible with a view and we were on the 34th floor which was great, thanks again to the staff. About that, the staff were very nice, offering ice creams at the reception every afternoon haha. The location is great, on Broadway and a 10-minute walk from Central Park. Just perfect!

The room was big enough for the 2 of us, good bathroom and well equipped kitchen corner. Great location, good breakfast.

The localization is excellent just 2 blocks of Times Square and subway. The rooms size are good and has an elevator.

Placement was right in the heat of Manhatten. Time Square was like 30 seconds away. Lots of places to visit nearby. Public transport within reach. Really worth to stay if you are about to explore!

Staff is amazing and location is great!

The hotel is ideally located to The New York Cruise Terminal, shopping, restaurants, many exciting attractions, and shows. The room are very clean, and bright with bed so sumtuious getting out is a chore made easy by the panoramic city view from the large windows.

the best postion, excellent room facilities, friendly staff and clean room, it is close to Times Square but it has a quiet space. There is a supermarket on the corner and not far from the subway. I had a very satisfying experience at Civilan. Thanks!
