Excellent hotel in the heart of Manhattan, spacious room, well furnished and equipped, good bedding, very good spacious bathroom. very nice view on the Rockefeller Center. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We will gladly come again.

Loved my stay. Warm welcome even at 2.30am. Staff caring and helpful, especially concierge,Bobby and Candace on reception. Comfortable bed and exceptional room care. Sparkling clean. Thank you Lucy. As I am a little disabled I took taxis to attractions. Others could walk just a few blocks to places of major interest.

The location, facilities, and staff were all exceptional. A highly recommended hotel for your next trip to New York. The hotel is conveniently located just off of Times Square, one block from a sub way station. The hotel is relatively small and as such offers a more personal service where the staff refer to you by name.
