From the moment I walked in the front door of the Fairfield Inn, I was welcomed by very friendly, very helpful staff. The employee at the front desk made me feel so welcome. She went out of her way to answer questions about the area, giving me recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the employee serving us in the dining room was very hospitable and friendly. Thank you so much to the staff at the Fairfield Inn in Great Barrington, MA. Their hospitality and friendly service makes me want to come back in the future to this hotel.

It was clean the towels were even folded into a bow. The beds were so comfortable. The price was unbeatable. Breakfast was fresh. The pool and view were beautiful. Staff couldn't have been more amazing. We had a great time!!
