Very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great room maintenance, air conditioning, wi-fi. Coffee, tea, water for you in room. Few meters to bus stops for Metro busses and the BBB (Big Blue Bus) that provide reliable, save service to many parts of LA - really convenient. For example, with the bus it takes about 10min to reach Santa Monica downtown/beach promenade, 15 min to get to UCLA/Westwood/Century City, ~ 20min to reach Beverly Hills.
