BahrainI loved the room, very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent! And the staff was very friendly! Shakisha was just the sweetest. She helped us over the phone before we arrived, checked us in, checked us out, she was so friendly and answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful experience.

Hotel was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great from the front desk, room service, and valet. Waterside seafood restaurant was delicious. The perfect location for us to enjoy everything we set out to do.

The staff was awesome!! There was also a free snack hour which was nice and we didn't know about initially. They also had live singing which was great. The room was nice, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I told the staff, I will definitely be back. It was also centrally located to several activities at Waterside. There was a parking garage nearby which only cost $16 overnight if you chose not to use valet.

Amazing property! I absolutely loved my stay! My wife and family had a great time here. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Easy check in process. Safe neighborhood and close to everything in freemason area, waterside district. Highly recommend to other travelers and looking forward to returning!

I loved the location. Being next to Waterside was awesome. I enjoyed being on the 10th floor with its amenities. Also, I enjoyed getting a beverage after arriving at the hotel.

Location was great, close enough to attractions, i.e. Nauticus Museum, waterside parks, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, n the airport.
The hotel lobby offered extras, exceptional food, staff was very friendly n so helpful
Gym n pool looked great, was Very clean all over, the room was quiet, very clean, n the bed was very comfy, wonderful light up mirror, will definitely go back again. Highly recommend.
