**Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!** We recently stayed at this hotel in Hanoi for 3 nights, and it was a truly delightful experience. We spent 2 nights in a deluxe room, which was very spacious, clean, and featured a double wall of windows that made the space feel open and bright. For our last night, we stayed in a more moderate twin room. While it didn’t have much of a view, it was still comfortable and met our needs. What really stood out to us was the exceptional staff. The ladies at check-in were efficient, helpful, and made the process seamless, ensuring we felt welcome from the start. Kevin, the concierge, was a highlight of our stay—so welcoming and attentive! He knew our names, provided helpful information about the hotel and the New Year’s Eve party, and organized our airport transfer seamlessly. Pthang, the bellhop, was equally delightful. He took excellent care of our bags, offered directions to local sites, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Tien was also incredibly helpful, especially with our many heavy bags after a shopping spree! The New Year’s Eve party on the rooftop was a fantastic experience, with stunning views of the fireworks and a great DJ creating an exciting atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfy, with soft sheets, pillows, and just the right weight of blankets for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the lovely, attentive staff made all the difference. We highly recommend staying here and would return!

Service is fantastic and professional, location is great within the old quarter area. Lobby has a nice grand piano which they allowed me to play - did a few jazz pieces. Hotel is new and nicely designed. Had to leave very early in the morning and they kindly packed breakfast for me.

Excellent service, great rooms! Was a lovely stay all in all

This is a brand new hotel and design is beautiful! The room was cozy and comfortable . The staff are the best. Both the front desk and breakfast staff made our stay fantastic. If in the Old Quarter, great place to stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so I found it very convenient. I arrived on a weekend and was surprised to find a night market right near the hotel. Although cars are prohibited in the evenings on weekends, that wasn't a big problem for me because when I booked a Grab, I only had to walk a few dozen meters to reach the driver's pick-up point. Furthermore, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were always welcoming and incredibly friendly.

Very nice and comfortable. The staff are so kind and helpful. Great location in Old Quarter.

Great location right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient for exploring the city. Friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great location! It’s right in the heart of beer street, shopping and the lake is about a 5 minute walk. Getting to the bus station is walkable, only 10 minutes. The owner is super friendly and helpful for anything you need. She offer coffee for your charge in the morning. She even taught my daughter in law how to properly bargain for fresh fruit to get the best fair price.

Location and staff is amazing, rating 10/10 Good value for money
