We loved this property. It was completely stunning throughout. The restaurant was lovely. We hired a moped for 105k for the day (approx £4) and went to see many sights in Ninh Binh. I wish we were here for more than 1 night to spend more time at the accommodation and surroundings. We also arrived quite early at 10am to drop bags off before going out to explore and was so pleased to be offered early check in within 1 hour and supplied us with breakfast whilst we waited. Loved the 3 dogs.

This is absolutely the best homestay in Trang An. When i open my window blinds I have a direct view of the pool, lake and mountain outside. Its very quiet too. Its far from center, but still accessible.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was perfect for our trip to Ninh Bình. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel is not too far from the main attractions, and the staff was super friendly.

Loved the friendly hosts, the location was great, the balcony overlooking a lotus pond with mountains in the background was picture perfect. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when we return!

    Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning...

    Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning before the other tourists arrive, but in reality it is a couple of quite nice by nothing special temples in the main complex, a nothing special temple out in a very scenic valley bewteen karst towers, and a totally uninspiring temple up quite a climb up some steep steps near the top of a hill.

    Accept the offer of a motorbike tour at the gate to see it all, otherwise you’ll never find all the locations. Trust the locals. They are trying to make a living sure - as we all are. But you gotta trust that apart from the odd taxi driver, in Vietnam most people ARE NOT trying to rip you off. Yes people offering directions are doing just that like you would at home. And do give some money to the lady monks who hold out their hands when you visit. It is how they survive. Don’t be cheap and mean please! I witnessed some bad white people behaviour here and in Tam Coc and Hoi An. Try not to be an asshole!

    Everything was perfect. The homestay is in a great location - right in the middle of the small town, biking distance to both Mua Caves and Thung Nham Bird Park, as well as Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. The homestay has both bikes and motorbikes for guests to use. Furthermore the breakfast (which is included) is amazing. Lastly, the room is spacious and comfortable. I will certainly return here next time I am in Ninh Binh!

    The location on the river and the free breakfast, bicycles, and paddle boards provided. We could cycle to attractions like the boat ride at Trang An grottos and Hoa Lu ancient capital and all around the rice paddy and lotus flower, and karst mountains. It was magical. And the family and staff were so nice and hospitable.
