Great accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature. It's fun to just take one of the free bicycles and ride around the area. :) They also rent scooters and provide laundry service although laundry is quite expensive with 65k/kilo. Food is also on the more expensive side. Staff is great though and make you feel welcome straight away. And they have cute dogs. 🐕😊

It was one of my best stays in Vietnam. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by one more night. The room was spacious and very clean. The homestay is run by a lovely family and is well-located. They offer bikes and scooters, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend staying here instead of overcrowded Tam Coc (you can always visit Tam Coc by scooter whenever you like). This place offers a relaxing atmosphere, is close to one of the many caves in the area, and, true to its name, is surrounded by lush greenery. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Lovely Homestay with the most welcoming and kind family. They were so kind to us. The Homestay is beautiful on the river, it has a wonderful pool and such a serene vibe. There also some nice restaurants just near by. We rented a scooter from the Homestay and were able to cruise around. All in all enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

It’s beautiful and peaceful homestay. The owner Ms Ngoc and her family are very enthusiasm. The private room with ensuite bathroom was lovely, clean, and the mattress was firm without being uncomfortable. Right outside there is a pool with a private seating area, beautiful gardens, vege garden, and the pond and mountains beyond. The road is flat and unsealed and views were not interrupted by hotels. The owner’s an incredible cook and all the vegetables come from her garden. We got a chance to go fishing in her lake and got a big piaracrus fish and absolutely enjoyed dinning with yummy fried fish which we catches.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was slightly small but had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

    Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning...

    Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning before the other tourists arrive, but in reality it is a couple of quite nice by nothing special temples in the main complex, a nothing special temple out in a very scenic valley bewteen karst towers, and a totally uninspiring temple up quite a climb up some steep steps near the top of a hill.

    Accept the offer of a motorbike tour at the gate to see it all, otherwise you’ll never find all the locations. Trust the locals. They are trying to make a living sure - as we all are. But you gotta trust that apart from the odd taxi driver, in Vietnam most people ARE NOT trying to rip you off. Yes people offering directions are doing just that like you would at home. And do give some money to the lady monks who hold out their hands when you visit. It is how they survive. Don’t be cheap and mean please! I witnessed some bad white people behaviour here and in Tam Coc and Hoi An. Try not to be an asshole!

    Everything was perfect. The homestay is in a great location - right in the middle of the small town, biking distance to both Mua Caves and Thung Nham Bird Park, as well as Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. The homestay has both bikes and motorbikes for guests to use. Furthermore the breakfast (which is included) is amazing. Lastly, the room is spacious and comfortable. I will certainly return here next time I am in Ninh Binh!

    The location on the river and the free breakfast, bicycles, and paddle boards provided. We could cycle to attractions like the boat ride at Trang An grottos and Hoa Lu ancient capital and all around the rice paddy and lotus flower, and karst mountains. It was magical. And the family and staff were so nice and hospitable.
