The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.

I recently visited your island in Vietnam and was extremely impressed. The Resort is wonderful even fantastic. The employees are very kind, always smiling, and work efficiently like bees in a hive. The Vietnamese people are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The country is beautiful and remarkably clean and green. I highly praise this experience. The place is stunning and not as crowded as other Vin resorts nearby, the staff is nice and welcoming. The room is spacious and very clean and had the perfect sea view from the 7th floor! Also the pool is gigantic and super clean!

The island itself has a very good infrastructure. It is very green, has restaurants and electric cars to drive you around. All the common areas are very clean. The sunbeds were sufficient if you look further along the beach. The beach itself is white sand and a very calm water with no waves or rubbish. A lot of staff members are there to help you, but English is still a problem when communicating. We liked the buffet breakfast and lunch, has lots of variety. The room was spacious with a sea view. The entertainment could be better on the pool or on the beach, because everything except the ball was for money. Only 1 ball for available, and they take it from you once it’s 7 pm sharp.
