My family stayed there for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very helpful and the lady from the reception helped us buy the tickets for Fancipan. My special thanks go to Mr. Neil who helped me along with the bus tickets and airport transfers at very reasonable prices for both Hanoi and Sapa.
