We recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be a mix of highs and lows. The food was truly excellent—fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of our visit. Most of the staff were kind and patient, which we appreciated. However, our room was located below street level and unfortunately had a noticeable odor that affected our comfort. We also found it a bit challenging to communicate concerns, as the manager seemed rushed and less patient when speaking in English. We’re grateful for the hospitality overall, and hope the hotel can improve room conditions and communication to make future stays more enjoyable.

Great location and the breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. They offered late check in and late check out to accommodate us when we had changes in our schedule. The room was great and the shower perfect! 10/10

    The location is very convenient very close to the city center, sun plaza, a mini mart, restaurant, coffee shop, and bar. The room was great exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, and great views. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good as well. The staff and the owner were really great and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, will definitely stay here again when we go back to Sapa.

    HOME Feels ❤️ - Hotel was very clean! Spacious room with a nice view with Comfortable and Huge bed - Accommodating and very kind Host, - Great breakfast (Omelette w bread, Chicken/ Beef Noodle Soup); - BEST COFFEE! (We even bought their beans bcs it was too good!) - Value for money! Walking distance to Sun Plaza and Sapa Centre! We got to explore a lot :)

    The staff was very nice, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel and use their bathroom before the check in and after the check out time. Unfortunately, their kindness can not make the room newer or more convenient. The location is very close to Sun plaza Sapa station to go to Fansipan mountain, lots of attractions and restaurants are in walkable distance. But the street is pretty noisy all the time. We got a room for $18 and it’s a good deal but I wouldn’t choose this hotel, if it was more expensive.

    Hotel is close to the Sapa center and walking distance to Sun Plaza. Quiet street and enjoyed our few nights here. We arrived at dawn and allowed us to early check in approximately half the price. Buffet breakfast is good.

    Lovely hotel at a good location, just about 10 minutes walk to Sun Plaza. My family stayed there for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very helpful and the lady from the reception helped us buy the tickets for Fancipan. My special thanks go to Mr. Neil who helped me along with the bus tickets and airport transfers at very reasonable prices for both Hanoi and Sapa. Fully recommand this Sapa Passion Hotel and love to come again .
