Very friendly and helpful staff. They went all the way out to help us and make us comfortable. Beautiful rooms, great location right next to a small lake and nature park . Food (dinner and breakfast ) was extremely good and freshly prepared by the chef. Enjoyed the service of airport pickup .

The lady at the restaurant Miss L was amazing and really made me feel welcome and looked after being a solo traveler.

The staff at this hotel are excellent, they could not do enough for you, I had a problem with my airline luggage being lost in Rwanda, staff member Portia tried her best for me to try and recover my lost bag before I had to return to Australia, when returning to OT Airport my bag had been returned, I will never know if Portia organised this , but she was amazing in her help she gave me. Great value for money, wonderful Restaurant , great Breakfast, and free shuttle to the airport.

This boutique hotel is very conveniently located to the airport and ideal if you have an early flight out. And it is safe and secure. But what really sets it apart is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and personable and happy to accommodate any needs you have. They will make your breakfast to your order and they take a personal interest in your travels. We’ve stayed in several places in the area before, this is by far the best.
