The property is perfectly located - we could walk everywhere we wanted to explore and eat. It’s clean friendly and swimming pool area met and exceeded our expectations. The generous breakfast and friendly service was just wonderful!

Our room that we stayed in as well as the hotel is beautiful. It is also clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Franklin and the team that was on duty really did a great job. We had forgotten an item of clothing after we checked out and Franklin called to inform us. When we arrived back at the hotel to fetch it, he was waiting outside to hand it over. That was really much appreciated. Also the complimentary creme brulee with the turndown service was a great touch :-)

Accommodations were very well appointed and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and well sourced. Property was well maintained and quite nicely landscaped. Location was not within walking distance to town, a little more than a mioe with no sidewalks, but on call car and driver made it easy to get in and back.

It is not hyperbole to say that Akademie Street Boutique Hotel is the best small hotel that we have stayed at anywhere. The hospitality and quality of the room were special. The property is just cool. And the breakfast is superb. Special smoothie were a particular treat. Loved the daily sundowner and nightcap. Just felt at home.
