All of the food items were very good. The location is perfect.

Beautiful, clean, perfect location.

Great location. Room was well appointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent

The most outstanding thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all extremely friendly, helpful, cheerful etc. the location is perfect and it was all very comfortable.

Great breakfast, comfortable stay

Luxurious and connectivity to the mall

Very nice and helpfull staff all over (reception, bar, resaurant and room)

Lovely stay. We were greeted and assisted by Emily, the receptionist. She was absolutely lovely and friendly, made us feel extremely welcome, and was always there to help us whenever we needed. The hotel itself was a unique experience, like stepping back in time while still being in the present. The location was spot on, only a 3 mins walk to the Waterfront. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Just note it is not a buffet, but more of a seated restaurant experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was out of this world!

Friendly staff, clean and well-run hotel, conveniently located

Very modern with a mix of vintage. Great breakfast included, amazing staff who are helpful with arranging day trips!

Exceed my expectations. . Breakfast was wonderful, although it needs more variation. Room was excellent, big and comfy. Location is superb, walking distance to VA Waterfront. Easy to book Uber. And all the staffs are very lovely. 10/10

Everything mate my needs food was amazing location was also good

The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate me. The location was also ideal. Very easy to get everywhere.

Everything except there is no bidet.

I liked the fact that they made everything comfortable for my mom. I came to visit here from China and needed her to rest well as she is currently battling with Cancer. Also, my two daughters stayed with and I had to take them to school everyday which meant an early morning breakfast and each morning the staff treated my girls with dignity and respect.

Decor, service, everything was perfect

Great location for a few days stay in CPT. Central to waterfront. Friendly staff, good breakfast, great bar on roof and downstairs. Fun but professional atmospehere. Nice rooms.

Excellent service and i got a complimentary upgrade from the hotel

The staff was amazing specially Samira and Adil

Convenient location. Very nice rooms, great food and very nice staff

Hospitality Amaizing - well worth the visit - this is my sure stop over location when in CT

The very friendly and attentive staff made this experience special. Of course the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and well designed, the breakfast was great but what makes Zest special is the concept around it and the team. Stayed here in November last year, came back again this year and hope to be back the next! 10/10 recommendation!
