So was the rest of the staff. Nice vibes. We liked the ofuro (bath) as well, especially because you could book it and have it to yourself. Breakfast was great and the coffee was excellent, which is not a given in most ski resort hotels! :) All the staples of a ski lodge were there. Spacious drying room, storage, etc. There a chilling area with loads of manga - in Japanese. Nice touch. :)Guest review byYannickYoung couple
