Phenomenal location with stunning views

We stayed at Xenis' guest house for 2 nights, 3 days . We had the top apt with a big veranda with a view of the mountains and the village. It's clean and comfortable with ac in the rooms , tvs , kitchenette, and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Clean toilet with shower , toilet and sink in each room, and a wood burner for the winter months . Next to the apt, there is a coffee shop ( kafenio) and the village tavern. The locals are very friendly and hospitable, and the village is beautiful and peaceful, and summer evening strolls are the best . We are definitely going to stay there again soon.

Excellent hospitality from the owners and great value for the price. It's located in an old country building in the tiny town of Pera Pedi. Mikhaili and his wife are wonderful hosts and will provide everything you need for a pleasant stay at and outside their property.

Excellent patio with great bbq and nice view. Fireplace is very good as well.

Very unique property with a lot of hidden gems !

The host was extremely polite and check-in and check-out were excellent. The house itself is magnificent and is located in one of the beautiful villages of Cyprus. The neighbors are quiet. Easily one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed, the property is gorgeous and comfortable and has everything you need. We stayed in Elia House, it had a kitchen and laundry facilities with a great little garden room to eat the breakfast you can cook with the food they so graciously provide everyday. The village is so lovely and in the off season almost felt like we had it all to ourselves. We truly had the best time, stay here if you can!

Everything was excellent, very relaxing stay. The host was very helpful throughout and their home is immaculate. Recently renovated and completely modernized throughout.

Our stay was absolutely splendid! The owners of the Taverna are super friendly and helpful. The room is perfect with a well stocked kitchen and everything else you need. We had breakfast on the terrace looking at the stars above, it was absolutely stunning!

Beautiful and comfortable house, large garden, excellent location, and stunning views on the hills surrounding Lofou.

We were greeted very warmly right from the start. Also, it was our son’s birthday, and they decorated a table especially for him that morning and brought a small birthday cake with little party decorations and a number representing his age. Thank you again for that—our son and we really enjoyed it and didn’t expect anything like this.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms, wordless views, and really good restaurant.

Our family enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the New Helvetia. We did not realize until we arrived how unique the hotel is. The rich history is showcased in it's social areas that include a full bar, dining area, sitting area and gorgeous terrace overlooking the foothills of the Troodos. The space is full of vintage charm, but also included all the modern ammenities we needed (updated, clean and well eqipped bathroom), air-conditioning, and strong WIFI service. The staff was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and attentive. They truly seemed to love and take pride in this very special place. Go and enjoy!

Really great atmosphere! Everything was exceptional, the rooms, the view, the nature, the restaurant and the people working there. Even though it was raining during our visit, it was still an unforgettable experience for us.

It was very easy to collect the keys for the property from the lock box. Instructions by the owner were very clear from the moment of booking the property. The property was very clean and cozy. The location is quite central and the property next to the main road which gives easy access to any direction you might want to go on the mountains. The property is fully equipped with whatever you need for a stay in and there are amenities nearby. There is a private parking and a big veranda with great views. Definitely value for money and would book again!

​We had an incredible stay at this wonderful property! Situated at the entrance of a quiet, magical village. It provided the peaceful retreat we were looking for. The house itself is spacious, exceptionally clean, and thought out down to the smallest detail with everything provided.!!! ​Maria the host, was so very lovely and helpful!She was in constant touch and made communication effortless and smooth. What a wonderful place to have a nice vacation. Thank you Maria. Althought we didn't meet the owner it fills like invisible angel prepares for you all you need. The breakfast ingridients will be waiting for you in the fridge - eggs, yougurts, cheese, juice and even Birthday cake with the candles (we had a Birthday during the stay). Just wow. The property is located in very nice village that is being reconstructed. Just 30 years ago it was totally abondened place and now it is very nice village with some tavernas, microbrewery and many nice local people to meet. Have to mention that the property is located on the narrow street, like most of the village's streets, and the closest car parking is about one minute walk.
