The friendly welcome of all staff, the food for lunch when I first arrived, the room, bathroom, cleanliness, location with bus stop right outside taking 8 minutes to ride right into town or a lovely 30 minute walk cutting through the long walk park towards castle

Extremely well located, easy access to a hub of motorways that lead you anywhere in the UK. Well kept, clean and cozy property, despite its large size. Lots of parking spaces inside the property (paid). Great value for the money.

The location was perfect for visiting the Windsor Castle and Eton College. We loved the restaurants and pubs nearby and the breakfast that was included in our stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful especially Graham and Sarah. I would highly recommend The Christopher to friends and visit again the next time I am in Windsor.

I only stayed for one night, but the staff made it truly memorable! They kindly allowed me to drop off my luggage early, and although I initially had a room without a view of the castle, when I asked if there was anywhere in the hotel I could catch a glimpse of it, they ended up upgrading me, free of charge, to a room with a much better view. The room itself was cozy, charming, and had all the essentials. I received so much kindness during my time in Windsor, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Clean and as advertised! Easy to park our car. BEST night of sleep over our whole 3 week trip, the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. Nice and quiet, exceptional breakfast! We felt spoiled.

I don't think I can say how amazing this place was in 2 or 3 sentences. Historical house in a quiet location, with everything you could need is a good start. Then there were the little extras provided, the setting next to the river, the land to adventure in plus the beautiful gardens. But it is hard to go past the house which is just incredible. I thank the Rocky Horror Picture Show for bringing me here.

Absolutely first class location, hotel and service. The staff are exceptional.

We lived in Woodland Village; it is almost a grandmother's house in the woods. A very calm and beautiful place, with playgrounds near every house! Only one thing which may disturb is that it is around a 7-minute walk from Legoland Park.

We had a lovely stay, it was comfortable, clean and roomy.

Friendly staff, food & drinks is great. Location is very good for families and people looking for a relaxing time.

We got married here 19 years ago and a lot has changed, it's a very scenic place and very well looked after.

We were given a free upgrade to the Pavillion, room was spotlessly clean, tidy and well equipped. Nespresso coffee, bottled drinks (gratis) in mini bar, hair drier, room safe. Gardens stunning. Great walks from the hotel - we walked to Dorney lakes and back.

Convenient location,2min walk from Windsor & Eton Riverside station. 5min walk to Windsor castle. All of staffs are very kind and warm welcoming for the guests. Their restaurant has amazing river views, kind staffs and best breakfast ever. Very classic English style interior but not feel old.

Lovely room, enough space for a three people family. Easy to be found. Very nice staff.

I found the team Goswell House Hotel incredibly kind and supportive. I had some travel issues and the team were incredibly helpful, and were a silver lining on a very difficult trip - thank you, Goswell House!

Instructions for arrival, car park barrier, entry to the premises and obtaining door key were all given by text and it was an easy process IF you followed the clear instructions. The owner was very helpful and understanding when a query arose. Car parking is free with each apartment having its own marked bay. The interior was vey clean and fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron etc that would provide support for any length of stay. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes. Everything in the flat was clean and in good condition. The location was GREAT withing a 2 minute walk of the River and a 5 minute walk to the Castle entrance or the tourist centre of Windsor. Restaurants and pubs were within a minutes walk. A Londis supermarket (open all hours) was about 100 yards away. Despite the location and the aircraft flying over every few minutes it was quiet inside the flat during the day and night although there was a little noise from a group in Wetherspoons Pub Garden down the road for a short period one evening. My wife has mobility problems and uses a mobility scooter. The property was great for her in that it had a flat car park and garden with a very small step at entrance and then a lift to all floors. The rooms themselves were easy to negotiate and the bathroom has a walk in shower with a small step over ledge Without doubt when we go back to Windsor we will book this property again.
