Convenient location to Siena. Staff were friendly.

The location is perfect - in the heart of old town. Breakfast was excellent. The communication with the hotel staff long before our stay was excellent - they sent to us very detailed instructions how to reach the hotel by our car without infringing the regulations of the ZTL.. We received an excellent service of valet parking for our car.

Location amazing, very friendly stuff, beautiful garden

Every person on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had detailed answers to every question I asked about the area, what to do, where to go, etc. Fantastic stay at La Colonna.

I stayed here several times while searching for permanent accommodation. I kept returning because the staff is very kind and the breakfast is great. Definitely the best hotel I had during my time in Siena.

Clean, comfortable bed, good shower, good location. I recommend it.

Everything was wonderful. Only complaint was the lack of an elevator but I guess climbing the stairs was probably good for us. The walk into the city to IL Campo was amazing and not too far but uphill and challenging for my old body! Breakfast was great.

Room on first floor we stepped out to sit outside, breakfast, the happy hour with great bartenders, front desk friendly, and everything well DONE!!!

It was perfect. The hotel had an amazing location outside of the ZTL, the staff was very very welcoming and attention. The room and the facilities were great. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Big apartment with kitchen. There is no balcony, but windows are big all the way to the floor. The staff is very welcoming. Parking was free.

Close to train station, away from the chaos, pool was a plus, and the ladies at the front desk made the stay. Probably the best customer service I've received in awhile.

The breakfast was outstanding and very affordable. My girlfriend has celiac disease and they had many options for her. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The service was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Bus is right in front of the door and there is free parking at the hotel for guests. I recommend taking the bus into the city.

Besutifully restored monastary in Tuscany. The inner courtyard, olive trees, views, and beautifully kept garden. Michelle and the rest of the hotel staff are some of the kindest people I ever met and extremely polite and super helpful.

Lovely place to stay with a nice pool. Excellent and helpful staff. A bit out of the way from the city center but could easily get a taxi.

Very spacious, very comfortable, well decorated, well maintained, quiet, excellent amenities like wonderful pools with towels and many available chaise lounges, onsite restaurant with breakfast buffet, lunch or dinner, a great gym, excellent and courteous staff.

It was clean and tidy. The location is perfect with plenty of free parking spots. They also provide a free private parking up to filling it's capacity. The hosts are very kind!

It was lovely hotel, very comfortable. We were able to park there on the spot, so that is amazing. Pet friendly. The staff was always were welcoming but especially the woman who was doing our checkin and checkout, she was exceptional, super friendly, extremely helpful 10/10 service. The size was the room was fine, huge shower, great water pressure, plenty of towels, AC running very well. Breakfasts were very nice, as well as the location, only few minutes by car from the city center.

This is a super nice camping ground right outside Siena. Very cosy atmosphere, wonderful pool. About 30min walk from the main train station, from where you can walk 30min to the city center (or take a bus to either, directly from the camping ground). We had one of the mobile homes, and it fulfilled our expectations.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, heavenly view from the garden, and wonderful staff. A short walk away from the piazza.

Breakfast was delivered to your door with fresh fruit and daily baked bread. A fresh croissant every day and coffee made to your specifications (they asked me over whatsapp in advance what I preferred and what time I wanted it delivered between 8 and 10). The view was outstanding, and they gave me a free upgrade to a larger suite without my asking. Right near the city center (an easy ten minute walk). Pictures are the view from my room. Hard to beat this for the price.

Good location, very clean room, nice people, great breakfast

We stayed here for one night on our way further south. Our priority was safe parking for the car and convenience. It was a perfect choice, the location is right outside Siena, it's very peaceful for a night's rest and safe. The room was super clean and the breakfast was as expected, typical for Italy. Would stay here again if back in the area.
