The shower was amazing, breakfast , the staff! The front desk staff was always energetic , kind and helpful. The lead gentleman at breakfast was extraordinary at his job and went out of his way to get us porridge when they were out…. I love my porridge so this was particularly appreciated.

We really enjoyed the 2 young ladies that checked us in. Very friendly and helpful!

Great hotel location, amazing stuff, just renovated gym, Art Deco ornaments, hotel bicycles. The room was decent with a small balcony and two separated rooms.

The staff was amazing, kind and helpful throughout. We didn't say anything, but they knew it was my birthday and made the day feel special. Our 2nd floor balcony room was absolutely perfect for Carnevale.

We liked that we were able to walk out the door and take part in the festivities of carnevale. We didn’t like that we were on the side of the building where it got very hot in the afternoon, and the room was a bit too uncomfortable to be in.

This property has it all! A great breakfast, a wonderful restaurant, and an excellent location. The staff is always ready and willing to assist with any questions you may have.

Very nice hotel with very good service. Classic european hotel. Right next to the beach but also has a very nice pool with sunbeds and bar service.

It was reasonably priced within walking distance to the city center. The owner/manager was a wonderful friendly lady. She even made us a togo breakfast bag the night before since we were going to leave before she came in the next morning. Newly renovated bath.

Laundry service and it was excellent we dropped it at 10 am and it was cleaned and folded and back the next morning at 11 am Owner also recommended the restaurant next door and it was so great we went back a second night. Absolutely incredible food and an awesome staff. Pescolino was the name

Beautiful apartment in a great location right near shops and restaurants and across the street from a park and the beach. Very comfortable beds and enjoyed the complimentary bottle of prosecco.

The staff is very nice, and the hotel is located facing the beach, but the value for money off season was way off. I expected a much nicer hotel for the amount I paid.

Adriana was very friendly and accommodated us with refreshments while waiting for the room. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean. Location close to the beach and the city center of Viareggio. Great vicinity with a big park. Nice restaurants around. Definitely a place to recommend! Awesome, varied breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza e de Russie. The hotel is elegant, the service is excellent, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. During our stay, we faced an issue, but it was handled in an incredibly professional and graceful way. I truly appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully everything was resolved. A special thank you to the manager Sunia for her outstanding support, kindness, and professionalism. Her way of handling the situation reflected true hospitality and care. comfortable, clean with good breakfast

The hotel is very welcoming, the receptionist Sandy is very helpful, she also recommended the best way how to explore the nearest places. She is very fluent with the english language and she is so kind. Also the other two ladies that assisted us during every day breakfast Arianna and the other kind lady, I cannot remember her name, they were there every morning with a smile and they made sure that we were all satisfied. Although we speak italian they are also fluent in the english language They also provided non-dairy milk for us during our breakfast. The location is very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. It is also 15 minutes away from the train station. Highly recommended! 🙂

White- blue interior looks very good. Authentic interior in the corridors. Cleanliness most of the time was okay. Staff on reception- all super nice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. A bit of a walk to the beach but the location was away from the crowds and tourist areas. More of a local area with lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the train station.

The balcony for the parade and the wonderful lunch before the parade was a great fun celebration.
