Lodgings in Nagano

I liked the location, as well as breakfast and the wooden furnishings of the room. Met all my needs.

The Nagano Tokyu REI hotel was a great homebase to explore Nagano. With easy access from the train station it’s easy to explore and go to the monkey park for example. It’s also a 30 minute walk to the beautiful Zenkoji temple through the picturesque streets. Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel as well. The staff was very helpful and nice, they propose also a lot of little things like toiletries and tea to take to your room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and they held on to our bags for us. They also let us borrow umbrellas since it was raining and snowing. Overall, we were delighted to stay there. The room was also new and quite spacious that we had!

Very modern yet the rooms retain a traditional Japanese aesthetic. Great location, too!

big room and nice location . few minutes walking to kyoto station.

Every time I travel I always look for great accommodation to make my trip even more enjoyable even if it is just to rest or sleep. I am very happy that I chose your hotel because it is very close to the train station. It is very convenient and at least I do not have to worry about walking or traveling further after one day of exploring. I liked everything in your hotel especially during a snowy trip in Nagano.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of them went the extra mile and helped us carry our big and heavy suitcases to our room. We also had an unfortunate situation and needed a last-minute night stay. The hotel actually upgraded our room. It was such an unexpected and generous gesture. This hotel touched me with their warmth and kindness. The location is also fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to Nagano station. If you are taking the Willer Express bus, the bus stop is just opposite the hotel.

Clean rooms, excellent location and super helpful and friendly staff. Arigatogozaimasta.

Private. Good parking right next to cabin. Staff was wonderful and very patient with our four noisy children. Food was good. Onsen was fine. Included with cabin. Cute gift shop area with local goods including omiyage. Heat worked well. Everything very tidy. Price was excellent. Nice tatami room.

Wonderful house, nice view, very spacious. Very nice to have the old cherry tree next door.

Perfect place if you want to escape from city life. Clean, quiet and warm. Our pets was very happy having so big space for them inside and a little garden outside! We came in begging of January. The owner made sure we will feel warm inside the house putting gas and electric heaters in all rooms, including bathroom and toilet ( that is very rare for this kind of traditional Japanese house).

Quiet neighborhood, great big yard that is well laid out and perfect for a dog and bbq and relaxing. The inside space is beautiful and open. Great amenities ! Within 1 hour of nagano mountain slopes.

Very convenient location and fantastic amenities. The room is cozy and exceptional for a short stay. Friendly staff with a vast choice of room amenities available to choose from.

Location, Cleanliness, wonderful staff and very comfortable. Parking was great and a huge laundry facility downstairs.

The hotel seems fairly similar to many budget hotels in Japan, but the staff are extraordinarily kind and courteous. It’s also great value for the price as you also get a good breakfast and free vending machine. The location is very easy to get to from Nagano station.

Everything, especially the price.

Very close from Nagano station. The highlight was the welcome free cake (only from 3-6PM) and free flow ice creams that we can take anytime from the châteraisé brand. We also tried the public bath and it was very nice experience after exploring the city. Breakfast is at the top floor with panaramic view. There is a good range of selections of food and of course cakes from the brand. In the end, we really enjoy our stay here.

Clean and super accommodating staff. Good breakfast.

I like the fact that there were not a lot of people and the beautiful view of the valley and the stars that we had. We had some good family bonding time during our stay. It felt like we were royalty being the only family present.

All is good, public bath is nice and free ramen at night

Clean and comfortable. Free drink bar was a nice addition.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness,

The room size was comfortable and surprisingly large.

The Mecure is as you would expect. A perfect home away from home when you're visiting Nagano. Close to freeway access which makes getting around via car great

Its so nice and clean. All the ryokan style logding one could hope for. Excellent.

The staff was amazing. I had so much fun! I laughed a lot. They literally spend the evening with me, and even needed to remind that their shift is over. I haven't ever felt such a welcome atmosphere in a guesthouse. It was truly amazing. The theme is journaling, you don't have to of course, but the theme is well executed. I didn't know that thanks to this place Nagano grew a special place in my heart. Thanks for everything, I will be for sure back!

Everything here is great. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the other guests. I truly love this place & as it amazed me a lot
