Lodgings in Malečnik

Everything. The host is amazing. We were greeted, handed the keys, and given a tour of the place. The place has 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen/living and a swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the swimming pool, but the outside area is perfect. The house sits on a hill overlooking the city. It's about a 5-minute drive from the place to the main centre, so ideally you have a car. A super coffee machine and some games for the kids made it even more special.

A wonderful place to stay in the hills outside Maribor, perfect for walks through the vineyards. The room is very clean and comfortable, especially the high-quality mattress and bedding. Includes a refrigerator, comfortable bathroom with shower, instant coffee, and the kind delivery of some croissants for breakfast. All communication was through messaging and that was fine for us. Overall a great place -- easy to recommend.

Nice, clean, rooms. Comfortable beds. Amazing staff. Nice location. Nice breakfast and they gave us a go bag with apples and water. The hosts were just amazing.

Gregor is an amazing host and chef. Very clean and comfy place. Not fancy, but has everything you need for a peaceful stay.

Location is a bit away from the city, but it's ok for a stopover. Forest just next to the hotel, restaurants. All good for 1-2 nights.

A lovely place held by very nice people. We had a perfect family room, two big separate bedrooms, a big enough bathroom with a spacious shower. The garden, minigolf and playground were a great surprise.

everything!!! They offer an outdoor heated pool even in winter. However, we couldn’t use it as we were all already sick. They also provided three bottles of wine, and all of this was included in the accommodation price—it’s hard to believe!

Kids friendly! A children’s table with coloring books and crayons in the hallway, so we parents could take a break after the trip instead of having to entertain them while we were tired and needed rest. A child’s potty. We didn’t even ask for a baby cot, yet it was already set up, complete with mattress protection. Additional toys in the room with the cot. A warm welcome for children: candies, homemade cookies on the table, a fridge stocked with juice, mineral water, and beer. A newly furnished apartment. Very clean. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee capsules and homemade tea. Comfortable beds. Excellent TV channels. Warm in winter conditions. Heartfelt hospitality from the hosts.

Easy to find, quiet location, nice rooms

Good value for money. Well-equipped kitchen area. Free parking on the courtyard. 3 big supermarkets 2 min away by car.

Cute little apartment, kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking items, spacious bathroom, nice shaded patio, parking right in front. Good AC & wifi. Relaxed neighborhood- Hofer a few minutes away by car. Everything as described. Clear check in instructions, fast communication with a very helpful owner.

😊 location, staff, room design...perfect

Everything was so perfect, breakfast was also fantastic. Thanks for warm welcome

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast.

Since the check-in is at the same place as the restaurant Zlati lev is, the check-in time-window is very adjustable.

Very close to the must see in this city , staff very nice

The location was stunning with the best view, Apartment felt like a beautiful home that had everything needed. The host was super friendly and was always trying to help! Had an amazing time and if we ever go back to Maribor we will 100% stay here again.

Excellent location near the bus stop

Wonderful hostess and staff! They went out of their way to accommodate us including but not limited to storing our luggage after checkout and calling us a taxi when we needed to depart. Also offering us cold water throughout our stay to beat the heatwave. We will be back!

Very comfortable and clean. Things were well organized, and our hosts were very friendly. Great breakfast! The location was excellent as you could hike from winery to winery. Being a short drive to Maribor, you can still visit city life.

The apartment was very good. It was clean and nicely furnished and very comfortable. All necessary things were there. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location was very good for us - easily reached from highway, in a quiet part of the city and close to the city center by car. Communication with the host was very easy, we could find the apartment without any problem as well as to get a key. Very good was that the host left us some prospects about Maribor and map that we could use.

Lovely and relaxing spot, especially appreciate for kid-friendly environment and convenience.

Very clean and on walking distance from the city center of Maribor. Perfect for those who like to explore the region. It has almost everything you need if you like to stay here for a few days. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Even if you arrive earlier than initially estimated there's a way to sort the keys out.

The bed was big and comfortable, we had a fan, wifi, TV, good parking and a mini fridge!

I stayed to this hotel while transiting trough Slovenia. The hotel was close to the autostrada , very clean. There was a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel that was excellent for dinner. Very big portions. The hotel breakfast had lots of options, the staff speaker English and toke care of all my needs. I would definitely stop there again.
