Very nice clean property with lovely and friendly staff, I liked how they welcomed us with fruit table. They were nice during the whole stay and supportive. The breakfast is very good.

We had to check out 2days earlier than planned and I got the refund quickly.

I have been to many places and hotels but this hotel went a little extra in terms of service and attidtude , very happy with the service

Everything was excellent! I recommend everyone to visit this place.

Grand Mercure Ankara is a gem! Luxe, amazing views, steps from Armada, surrounded by cafes. Plazas and residences enhance the experience. Delicious breakfast, perfect location. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time here. Thank you to all the kind people working at the Mercure. The breakfast was huge and had some new variety everyday. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great, next to the metro stop and walking to Kizilay central area.

Staff is perfect, almost everybody is doing their best for your comfort Especially Mine at the restaurant is always acting like Speedy Gonzales for your needs.

Warm personnel, exceptional breakfast, good internet connection, good location, good value for the money.

Very nice staff very good location to rest before continuing your joyrney

All of the staff from Mr. Mutlu to the other gentlemen behind the welcoming and reception area and Ms. Yama were utterly superb! As an American expat I have traveled many places but this hotel made me feel at home. The housekeeping staff were phenomenal, too! Ever kind and helpful. Everything was clean. Loved my room and the balcony. I shall miss this hotel. ✨

Feels like home away from home. Nice staff. Good breakfast

Clean and good looking In good location and helpful staff

Breakfast was good. Turkish in style of course but plenty to choose from. Recent refurbishment was very stylish. Staff always very helpful. Larger than normal room.

The staff were too friendly and helpful especially Ferhat and Kubra!!

The front desk staff, especially Yusuf, was incredibly professional and helpful. He efficiently handled all our questions and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at Enerji Otel in Ankara. We originally booked for two nights but enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay for an extra day. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A special thank you to Özgür at the reception for his kindness and professionalism. When we noticed that the fridge in our room was not working, he arranged a replacement in less than 30 minutes. Throughout our stay, every request was handled quickly and efficiently. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely stay at Enerji Otel again whenever we visit Ankara.

It was clean and comfortable. Close to the main part of the city.
