I loved the communication with the property manager most, Anneli; she is beyond excellent. We had a nice greeting/welcoming interaction with cleaning crew too; staff are ALL lovely & professional people. We booked this unit with less than half a day's notice & they readied it for us early!!! Such a retreat it was for us 4 tired travelers. We loved staying here. We loved the home design, pool, groomed garden, cleanliness of entire property, beds, ample towels, equipped kitchen, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, smart TV, super spacious rooms, and especially loved the guitar! We loved the neighborhood tons. You must be in pretty decent shape to walk out of this home up a steep hill to get to more steep streets, where you'll find the shops, grocery store, and restaurants. Glad we could all do that enjoyable "Blue Zone"-like living experience. We also took a nice afternoon walk to the butterfly exhibit building and the new "castle" park that are nearby. Culminating the outing with a great swim in a very refreshing and clean pool. I liked that we happened to be there alone, without the owner above us using their upper levels (their vacation home). We were under the impression we were selecting an entire private home with views of its private pool and its own ocean views. So learning upon arrival it was a ground floor unit under a home, no balconies, no ocean or pool views was a bit of an unfortunate, mislead surprise, honestly. We would still return here. Just prefer full, transparent, honest marketing. I hope my review and feedback helps the owner and their future guests set expectations clearly. I'm still giving top scores on everything and a 9/10 score on value; lost only 5% because of the lack of meeting the filters' settings of an "entire home with ocean views." We really appreciated 95% of all other met expectations.
