Even though our booking was made at the last minute, she took the time to guide us through everything we needed to know before our arrival and continued to assist us even after we left her property. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and filled with thoughtful touches that make it feel so welcoming. We loved everything about the property. We stayed in Mediterraneo 3 & 4. They were the most perfect location , and we felt as we were part of the village for our 4 nights. The best places to eat, drink & have coffee just steps away. The balcony was just amazing we sat outside each evening before dinner & just enjoyed every minute. Manarola was our favorite village of the 5.

The location is within the walls of the old city. This means that there are many steps to go up to the hotel. We lobed the idea of being within the walls. The people there were extremely helpful, coming to get us from the taxi with an electric wagon to take our luggage, (to and from the room). They gave us good tips for restaurants and overall made us feel very welcome. The room was nice, without a window with a view, but who cares when you go out of the room early in the morning and come back late at night.

The location is great—it is only a 7 - 8 minute walk from the train station. There is a grocery store next door, and tons of good restaurants are within walking distance. Elvira & Alain, the hosts, are very warm. They greeted us on the first day and handed over the keys. They gave us a brief introduction on cinque terra and provided us a list of good restaurants to pick. This information is very valuable. The apartment is clean and neat. The furniture is quite new. There are even two universal plugs at the bedside, which is pretty convenient. The stay has been great overall.
