The breakfast was phenomenal, the location good and near enough to walk but away from the massive crowds, beach access very easy

The bed was very comfortable. The proximity to good restaurants, Diocletian’s palace, and bus/train station makes this great location. Staff was very pleasant and kind with a lot of good information and recommendations. Well done Apartment Booklet with good information.

The room is in very good condition, spacious, and clean. Conveniently located for walking to the Old Town or the beach, there's parking in the same building for an additional fee, and if there's no parking, public parking is available 100 meters away. A good breakfast option is available at the Koteks restaurant on the ground floor, not included in the rate. Great value for money. Finally, we would like to highlight the excellent communication, instructions, and advice that Toni and Antonio gave us. Thank you very much!

The location was perfect and close to everything important . No need for a car rental. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. I will definately come back to this place again!

We arrived in Split via ferry. The rooms are close to the ferry terminal so a short walk (460m or so). The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Clearly some effort had been made to make it much more like a hotel room than simply a B&B. Instructions to get in were clear and simple. An easy walk to the Riva, about 20 minutes. It felt very secure.

Great location close to the beach

Very comfortable! 5 minutes walk to old town, 2 min to the beach! The rooftop jacuzzi is a plus and great sunset view towards the city! A must stay! The restaurante SOUL kitchen is also 1 min walk and amazing!

We had a great stay. Anna was a very helpful and welcoming host and assisted us with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with great restaurants nearby and walking distance to everywhere. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

Location was perfect, 10 mins from downtown, 10 mins from train station, apartment was excellent, clean, good sound isolation, breathtaking view, this is the closest apartment to the beach.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walking from the palace and the old town. Main beach in front of the property. Nice, new, modern and super clean rooms.
