there is nothing bad to say about this place. from the staff to the clean rooms to the views, it’s a magical place. Jamy at Nais bar makes the best drinks we had our entire trip and we had plenty. we will 100% be back and hopefully enjoy it just like this time.

Stayed there for my grandchild's registration at the Univeristy of Hawaii. It was acceptable. But they used to have a nice bar on the ground floor that is now closed. Can't imagine a place with so many rooms and a lack of a bar/dining room.

The room was nice, the view was nice and the pool was great. It could be a little more clear on the rules about ONLY registered guests being allowed in the pool. But otherwise it was great.

Dated hotel that has been lovingly maintained and decorated. Delightful open air bar and registration area. Location in central area of Waikiki beach. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent value amongst higher price hotels in area. Parking available on site.

The rooms were clean, we were received with a leí at registration, that was a nice gesture. The kids loved it! The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants, which was very convenient.

Clean, well kept hotel. The pool is a bit small, but it has a great gym (including classes!), and the lobby aquarium looks amazing. We had great housekeeping service as well, which contributed a lot to our stay. However, what seals the deal is the location - right on the main avenue on Waikiki, beach across the street.

We enjoyed our stay at Ritz-Carlton Waikiki, thanks to fantastic staff. The concierge folks and valet folks were always helpful and smiling and not waiting on tips. The housekeeping folks were amazing, such as quietly making the beds when the toddler was sleeping on the sofa-bed. Jefferson from engineering also made the children feel welcome.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary. It is in the heart of La’ie. the structure is good: nice sized pool, spacious bedroom. Clean as you would expect from Marriott.

Registration personnel were great. They upgraded my room to ocean view as well. Centrally located to walk to shops, restaurants, and beach is just across the street. Room was clean and spacious. Nice small balcony as well.
