United StatesThe Jacuzzi tub didn’t work, and I didnt receive my $100 security deposit back when it came time to sign out of my room as it initially stated. I was told by a Rep at the front desk that the fee was included in the price but my room went from $103 to about $130+ from the time I started to book the room until checkout. My bank wa going to flag this transaction because of this.

United StatesThe hotel is conveniently located to the Edgewater area, making it an easy walk or bus ride to all uptown attractions. The staff was very helpful and accommodating - the AC went out my first night and with their help we were able to come up with a resolution to make the rest of my stay comfortable. I would stay here again!

It's a very small property, but a good place to stay if you're just staying overnight and you don't need to stay in a fancy hotel with all the amenities. For us, we stayed because we were attending Lollapalooza and just needed somewhere to stay while attending the festival. A double bedroom is small, but gets the job done if you are going to be out and about all day and not staying in your room. A cool vintage style motor lodge with clean comfortable rooms. It was nice to be able to park right outside the room too instead of expensive valet or finding a garage. Nicely renovated motel, originally built in the 1960s. A little noise conveys from adjoining rooms, but it's not bad. Others have commented about traffic noise. You're in downtown Chicago, what do you expect? It's part of the experience! Edgar, the manager exceeded all expectations, as did the entire staff. There is an ice maker, it is at the front desk, right as you walk in the door. Plenty of clean filtered ice. We never had a problem parking in the week we were there.Guest review byJamesYoung couple

The location was excellent near the downtown attractions. It was very clean, there was a nice little balcony, there was a microwave and fridge and also there was a safety deposit box in the room. , Most importantly I felt very safe there. I felt our car was safe as well, in the parking lot.
