Location was great, hotel was clean and comfortable. Our biggest issue was the staff, very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The gentleman at the front desk seemed annoyed to check us in and assist when we had questions, another staff member looked bothered with us when we went to the front desk trying to schedule a shuttle to the cruise port. Overall would probably not stay here again because of the unfriendly staff.

The hotel is located on the seawall so we were just right across from the beach. We did not pay for an ocean view room. They did have several that did. The ones on the second floor had the better view. The pool was nice. It was in front of the hotel so it faced the gulf. The hotel did serve a breakfast. It was pretty much a standard breakfast (eggs, pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy). Overall we enjoyed our stay.
