Easy access from KIX and other spots. Probably best for tourists who have been to Osaka before as it is a subway/train away from hotspots. Personally, I prefer being a bit out of the Namba/Shinsaibashisuji area because sometimes you just need an away from the hectic/shopping/crowds. Spa World is a great choice as it is easily connected to KIX, Nara, Kyoto by one train. The main draw of course is the free access to the super sento (I don't believe the water is spring water (or I would have called it a super onsen), it is open all day and night round. Best for helping with jetlag or if you need to just relax after a day of playing tourist. Word to the first timers, please please make sure you do a thorough washing of your body with soap at the sit down showers before hoping into any of the pools; the water is kept clean because we are clean going in. You will also be naked, so not for the shy! Buffet is great, but same options everyday, but can't knock it... because it is free and plentiful.

Very nice hotel with great ameneties. The room was clean, the staff is helpful and the beds are comfortable. We really loved going to the onsen as well. Close to the metro which makes it easy to around the city.

One word to describe our stay at Natural Hotel Springs Super Hotel Premier Osaka is that it is amazing! The staff were super responsive to our queries and requests, and even though we make the blunder of checking in past 12am, the front desk staff still took us in at 1230am. Exceptional staffing and you have Family Mart and Lawsons right at the doorstep so you will always find good food to eat! A huge and special shoutout the the breakfast staff that it were absolutely a delight! The breakfast options went above and beyond our expectations and helped my parents ease into Japanese breakfast (chazuke is something you have to try over in Japan)! The location was good (two stops away from Osaka station by metro) and the osen operates overnight (from 3pm to 940am) so you can get a good night rest / start the day right. We will definitely visit the hotel the next time we are in Osaka! ありがとうございます!!!

    The hot spring onsen was a bonus. We needed an interconnecting room. The hotel is right outside a metro entrance. Relatively easy to get Osaka Castle, Aquarium and Dotonbori.
