The room was large, clean, quiet and well equipped - what else can one ask for We had a problem with our rental car, the reservation desk helped us work through the problem and could not have been nicer and more helpful. Stayed with the problem, dealt with the rental company and allowed us to see the city during this. Issue fully resolve on our return. Forever thankful !!!!

Mary is a lovely and welcoming host. My partner and I got a double room with a private bathroom and it was clean, comfortable, and just the perfect space for 2 people. Location is perfect as it’s very close to Bathurst station. We had a nice walk along Korea-town. Mary also provided a wonderful breakfast spread in the morning. Will surely come back again!

Tammy and her husband are very nice!! The room was very clean and confortable. It has mini fridge. The kitchen is good but you can’t really cook. We didn’t need it so, for us it was great.

    This hotel is situated in a perfect location in the heart of downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is fantastic, especially on sunny days, and the lobby is vibrant and interesting. The valet parking is convenient (it's so pricey though). Additionally, the guest service is excellent, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay.

    We parked across the road in the City Hall underground parking lot. The signage to exit the parking lot was very poor. Luckily, another person happened to be also exiting and showed us the correct doorway / stairwell.
