It was in a good location - a stone's throw away from Chengdu Culture Park, Shufengya Yun, Tonghuimen Metro Station etc. The staff spoke perfect English and were always happy to help. Frank, the manager, kindly gave us complementary wine and recommended us places to go. The staff were also extremely helpful - shoutout to Belle, Kimberley, and Zoey. The breakfast buffet was good albeit more on the heavy side as most of the dishes were a bit too oily.

I wish we could stay longer in Chengdu. Hotel is minimalistic with a touch of tradition. Room is extra cozy and it is greatly equipped with everything you might need. Also there is a drinkable water machine to be set to the temperature of your liking. Breakfast is good. Great coffee. And the hotel is in a quiet surroundings we could hear birds out of the window.

Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.
