The Patch is an absolutely beautiful B&B and the owners are so lovely and friendly. The whole experience from the moment we arrived to the minute we left was nothing short of exceptional. We booked the largest room which was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous en-suite and comfy bed. Careful thought was put to all the amenities in the room (even extra pillows, slippers and bathrobes) which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. There’s ample parking and we were able to easily come and go as we pleased. Evelyn and her husband are absolutely lovely and Evelyn’s cooked breakfast is 10/10 (my husband couldn’t wait for his full English every morning). They definitely added warmth and a home like feel to our trip. We absolutely loved our stay at The Patch and look forward to staying again soon! Wonderful 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience - if you want to stay in Sevenoaks, look no further than this charming B&B 😊

Beautiful and scenic location.

Great location, brilliant views, cute little house, super quiet, well equipped kitchen, engaged owner.

Very clean and tidy .. great location 👍👍

The property is very cleaned beautiful and well organized

All perfect, was down for business and this suited me no end, very happy and the pub below was great and good food and wine !

Very clean and nice I will definitely book again soon thanks 🥰

Very excellent service, the owner/operator was very kind

Nice, clean, comfortable, reasonably sized, well-maintained private ensuite room with towels, shower gel, soap, coffee, tea & kettle all provided. Flat-screen TV & free Wi-Fi connection. In a modern house on a quiet estate. Plenty of cupboard & storage space. Carpeted with nice curtains. Excellent value for money.

Amazing building and rooms.. best breakfast in months, attentive and very friendly host. Went for work and will be going back for leisure very soon. Not someone to recommend usually but sticking my neck out and saying go for it. Lots of interesting history and just 10 mins walk from seafront.

The owners went beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, and without any glitches. The area was fairly quiet, and a short walk took you to a shop and also a great pub.

Very friendly and detailed instructions emailed a few hours prior to arrival. Very clean and tidy and clearly cared for. Area felt very safe with car parking right outside bedroom window. 3 adults and a 17 year old, we only stayed for one night prior to a 5am euro tunnel crossing but would've been quite happy staying for longer if we'd have been on holiday. Quiet area and very comfortable accommodation- very versatile, with a (huge) double bed, a double pull out sofa and several other chairs/sofas.

An excellent value with an extremely considerate staff. Very attentive service.

Very modern, clean and owners very welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Very thoughtful overnighter, perfect for a couple. Had everything needed for a secluded, well-priced stay in a lovely town.

The location was good for us, especially with the parking space. and being walking distance to a supermarket for our self catering food supplies. The double bed was comfortable and the little table was big enough to eat supper at comfortably. The studio was a good size.

Immaculate, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and great facilities. Garden view and off road parking a bonus. Wish I could have stayed longer.

It’s a well-preserved inn in the middle of a quaint English village.

Cozy and full of charm. Fabulous breakfast.

This well-run location is an absolute gem and I'd be delighted to be able to stay again sometime in the future. The rooms were well equipped and spacious, the dining and breakfast experience were exceptional and the bar was well stocked and staffed to boot! My partner and I were both pleasantly surprised by this upscale venue and felt very well looked after by the friendly and obliging staff throughout our stay. Thank you so much, this was a real treat and highlight of our holiday!

Our room was lovely, very well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming and made us feel really comfortable. The food was delicious, we couldn’t have asked for more. A fantastic weekend away.

Everything was very good, especially all the staff was very helpful, welcoming and made us feel like home. Thank you until next time.

Hotel Staff were awesome & helpful. Gym was nice. Food and location were great.
