Room was ready at 10.30 am when we arrived in Pise, a large room for my partner and I. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, staff asked if we wanted eggs in addition to the buffet(omelette, scrambled etc..). During the day, you can go to the main living room to grab a snack and make a coffee or have a glass of water (still or fizzy). You can also relax or read a book in some super comfy armchair. Please notice that in the shower within our room, water came from a head built into the ceiling. We didn't mind, but maybe some people would. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The area is really calm and at 20min from the train station and the pise tower. There is one supermarket at less than 5min, and another one at 5min in Via Guglielmo Oberdan (a central street). Would recommend 100%!

The room was great, the air conditioner helps during the hot Italian evenings. The TV is a smartTV so you can stream stuff on it. The wine was pretty good, free is free and that's all that matters. WiFi was pretty good too. The shower was great and the bathroom facilities were clean and ready to go. Bed was comfortable but was 2 twin beds pushed together. So be careful about sleeping smack dab in the middle otherwise very functional. Refrigerator has bins detailing which items belong to which room, which I thought was an excellent touch. The windows allow a lot of sunlight in which was very well appreciated.

Nicola and his parents are really great people and I would like to thank them! We arrived in Bologna Train station late at night, 10 PM. We tried to go to the accomodation by local bus but go lost (that's our fault, next day we realized how easy it is to arrive there by walking, and how safe the city was). I called Nicola to ask him what to do, and despite of the late hour, he came to pick us up from the "middle of nowhere" bus station where we were, and took us to the B&B. We found there a beautiful new place, very nice and cozy, the room was spacious and looked great, everything exceeded our expectations. Next day we got to know his parents who prepared a delicious italian breakfast for us and took care of us like we were their family, making sure that we don't miss a thing. Really can't say thank you enough to these poople, they pampered us and made us feel welcomed. Grazie mille per tutto!

Antonella was very helpful showing how everything worked . It was spotlessly clean and a fully stocked kitchen for breakfast which unfortunately due to our early flight were not able to enjoy. I would totally perfect for walking to the airport and back
