The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, and you got room service every day. Our room had a huge tub by the window in the bathroom, Its breathtakingly beautiful at night!

We loved our stay at here! We had 2 adults and 3 children in our group and were very comfortable here. As an adult, I would like to mention that the futon bed was one of the most comfortable sleeping experiences I have ever had. Far more comfortable than most Western style beds--it felt like sleeping in a cloud.

This property was perfect for people heading to Disneyland. It was located directly in front of a bus stop that took you straight to Disney, so that was very convenient. The actual hotel was so cute with all the little Disney details, so whimsical and fun. It was incredibly clean and well kept. Felt super safe to stay in and the charm and great reception service was nice to experience.

The hotel looks brand new and is a pleasure to stay at. The location is a bit out of the way(20 min walk to the station), but close to the ocean. They have shuttle buses available to take you to the station or to Disneyland. One of our party wasn’t feeling well and we were talking to the front desk about it. It’s hard to find available clinics in Tokyo as most don’t speak English and they are only open 9~5 and so on. The hotel manager heard about our plight and he searched and found an open clinic at the Hilton Hotel near by and drove us there himself(it was a 20 minute drive). We were delighted with all the help we received from the manager and will definitely stay there again when we travel to Tokyo. We can’t thank them enough.

    The parking lot in from of the hotel was large. Also free drink bar is available from 14pm-23pm after check in. I guess most of the people who stay here is for TDR, so check in after the park close will be very crowded around 21-22:30pm? Check out can be done just return the room key into the box.
