Free shuttle bus to Disneyland. Staff approachable, helpful and friendly. We missed our coach bus to the airport, and the staff helped us call a cab promptly. Well maintained. We last stayed here in 2019. And returned this year in 2025.

The location was great. Hotel features and amenities are awesome, such as an in room foot massage machine, after a long day at Disneyland or Disney Sea. Great size bath tub , dining table, couch , and 6 genuinely sized beds. An amazing stay. All you require - free amenities room for items such as hair ties, mouthwash etc....

I liked everything about Emion Hotel. They have shuttle buses from both disneyland and disneysea. The rooms are spacious. Staff are so friendly and helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the monorail station, making it easy to reach the different Disney parks or explore the amazing Ikspiari mall. Ikspiari offers not only two Disney stores but also countless dining options — from casual bites to full-service restaurants — as well as a variety of shops for every taste. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after long days out. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of both Western and Japanese dishes, fresh fruit, and delicious pastries, ensuring a great start to the day.
