Excellent staff, great room (comfortable bed, spacious apartment with kitchenette, rain head shower with hot water and good water pressure), fantastic breakfast, ideal location, stunning lobby, beautiful pool, spa and fitness centre, and a great rooftop bar! The staff and location were amazing! The hotel was so beautiful and clean and hospitality of the staff was superb. Their attention to detail and kindness was so appreciated. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to the Ben Thanh market and by many restaurants and within 15 min walking distance of historical sites and museums.

It was truly one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is in a great location—convenient, easily accessible, and close to everything you might need. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond. It’s rare to experience such genuine and thoughtful hospitality. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a busy day. It was also quiet and had a great setup for remote work, which made my stay even more pleasant. The neighborhood is lively and diverse, with countless restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines—from local Vietnamese dishes to international flavors. You’ll also find plenty of shops, cafes, and essential services just a short walk away. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
