The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. All staff — reception, waiters, chefs, doormen, bar staff, and drivers — were friendly and spoke good English, which made me feel comfortable. After check-out I suddenly felt unwell in the lobby, and the staff kindly let me rest in a clean room as a late check-out until my flight. Thanks to their care I was able to travel safely. I’m very grateful and will definitely return.

The staff were all super friendly. The location was great—close to a lot of the sites and nightlife on the walking street, but still felt secluded and quiet. The Vietnamese-style breakfast was also very tasty!

The staff and location were amazing! The hotel was so beautiful and clean and hospitality of the staff was superb. Their attention to detail and kindness was so appreciated. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to the Ben Thanh market and by many restaurants and within 15 min walking distance of historical sites and museums.
