We were greeting by the best staff ever. They helped us find our room and they even carried in our bags. They even helped us locate the best places for us to spend our time on our short stay in Mystic. The whole place was charming and comfortable and safe. It was a joy to be there.

The facility was super clean and had everything I could want during my 3 day stay. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Lauryn and Tiffany made me feel very welcome and were very approachable and helpful when I had questions in regard to my stay. The texting to check in how things were going was a nice touch. Look forward to coming back for another stay soon. Charleen
