Very well located with a lot of the main things to see and do close by. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The room we got was small but since you’re out all day, it served it’s purpose. Bed was super comfortable and the shower is small but AMAZING. The breakfast is very complete. Would highly recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay since food in Lugano is particularly expensive compared to the rest of Europe.

If you look for something different, this is the place to go. An incredible anciant village, a host that is special and very friendly, speaking pretty much all european languages - and has a lot to tell. Everything is somewhat different than everywhere else, very good choice if that is something you look out for.

I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

A room in a very lovely house. Right next to mountain and facing to the lake. You can enjoy both lake and mountain views from your balcony. Has a parking lot in front of the house. Tenant was very friendly. Breakfast was great. She asked us what we prefer for breakfast and that was very nice of her. It is a very quite place so you get a good sleep.

The B&B is really a very beautiful place; freshly renovated, extremely friendly staff and very nice breakfast. The rooms are very cozy, and they offer everything you need.     The view of this appartment is out of this world. We probably spent 90% of our time looking at the lake. The appartment itself was easy to find equipped and clean. Fabio is a fantastic host. You feel at-home and at ease straight away, once you meet him. If you like walking, this appartment is located perfectly to walk up Monte Generoso and a walk to the beautiful waterfall, so don't forget your walking shoes!

    The apartment has an unbeatable view of the Lugano landscape and the neighborhood is really quiet. The apartment is well equipped with toiletries, quality kitchenware (great knives!), tea and coffee, toys, etc. The communication with the manager was really effective and quick. The private parking is a big plus too!
