Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Lugano

location 10/10, you can't find a better location in Paradiso. Close to the lake, the cable car and the bus stop. Other things are worth the price. It is definitely pricey as an Ibis, but you get everything you need.

A clean, modern, comfortable, warm apartment with good location. I'll book it next time when I am in Lugano. Highly recommended.

I like that they give us Ticino ticket for which we can travel whole Ticino region on Switzerland for free

The location, the view, the breakfast, the bed, personal, cleanness and atmosphere in the room and at the hotel. You can walk as late as you wish and there is a code to the back door.

Clean, welcoming and helpful staff; very good breakfast buffet; bus stop into Lugano 30 seconds from door

Good location and friendly staff. The family members loafing around and the somewat old-fashioned interiors reminded me of family vacations in the 70s, so much nicer than the impersonal sterility of the large chains. They facilitated my late decision to include breakfast without a problem. And all that for a very competitive price!

Close to the train station. Helpful staff.

The stay was enjoyable and I recommend it to everyone

My husband has limited walking abilities so we loved the fact that we could get on the funicular from the train station then walk about 50 feet to the hotel. Location is a big plus.

great and variety kind of food in the breakfast , clean room, the non-alcohol drinks in the room are complement, next to the funicular (1.3 CHF/way free when I use Swiss pass or Ticino pass )from the train station, friendly staff give me a bottle of water when check out .

Location, clean room, friendly staff

The location was perfect. The place was modern and recently remodeled.

This is our fourth time staying at this hotel.

Close to everything! Best location in town. The owner really cares about your stay and offers some really nice personal touches. That is really nice to see these days. Very walkable and close to the train station. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect place. It was so centrally located, we didn’t even need to take the funiculare.

Super spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed! Air conditioning was amazing!

Location, underground parking and apartment building was safe, easy to get to/from, clean. Everything works.

staff are incredible view is amazing and the bus stops right in front of the hotel to town

Excellent stay in Paradiso which is a short walk from Lugano center.

amazing hotel the best in lugano huge rooms and gave us a big upgrade very good facilities amazing and welcoming staff

Everything was excellent, especially the reception staff; they were the epitome of sophistication and professionalism.

Very helpful. Staff. Rooms were clean as were the bathrooms

The kindness of the staff (Mr ..) Very confortable and clean

I loved that it is well located in the city center, very clean and good value for money .

The 2 room property with balcony is located in suburb of Lugano. You can reach it by car or by bus. There is garage spot if you use a car. There is good view on Lugano and mountains from the balcony. Good Android TV. In the day of arrival the host will send to you the information/instructions with photos on how to enter the apartment and where to park a car. So you will not have any problems to arrive. There will be free tea and coffee. Have a good stay
