This property is in a convenient location. Close to discount outlet and docks. It was great for our family with two bedrooms. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was provided out the back. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Everything is perfect, and the amount of items that they have in case you forgot yours, like power adapters, they had them. They even offered to come by and swap one out. They are wonderful.

The room was excellent. Huge comfy bed, firm and soft pillows and a nice table and couch for me to work on my laptop. Well appointed bathroom and to top it off, Dove products. I was very impressed with the openess and modern feel of the place. Breakfast was simple but good quality, all I needed really. This is the first time I had stayed at a Holiday Inn express but it will not be the last if they are all like this. For the price I paid £64, it was 10/10

Luke, the host, was very good with directions and communication with us. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers and spacious bathroom. Designated parking space for our car was fantastic.

    Great location. Right next to the prime area for a night out as well as a stones throw away from the beach! We were able to take our little doggies without an extortionate pet cleaning fee! Parking was covered over the road and didn't cost us any extra. Any negative comments about noise are really quite irrelevant and not a reflection on the building. Just note if you book this palmestone road is the main area for going out.

    Loved the location and staff were very nice. Hotel was quiet considering location. Lovley extras like coffee machine in reception and pastries. Great for families little play area for kids off reception and bar area. Also board games for adults and kids. Also pet friendly which was good to see.

    Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The styling of the room and the bar is excellent and unique. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Being dog friendly and run by dog lovers makes you feel so welcome as a dog owner. The staff/ family that own & run the business are brilliant hosts.

    You get what you pay for, everything was clean and tidy, staff were helpful, key card failed a few times, so up and down getting it reset. No kettle in room, but ask at reception, and they will provide one. Location is great and EV charging and parking. Breakfast was sufficient, continental style, fresh juices, tea and coffee, plenty food to eat. Was nice to see pets allowed.
