Staff is super friendly and they had my room ready way before the check in time, which is always nice and handy. spacious room with seating area, fridge and XL comfortable bed. located in the heart of the downtown shopping area and 5 minutes from the skytrain and transit. pool, hot tub, steam room and gym all clean and comfortable. change room in the WC in gym. usually a taxi waiting outside the hotel. breakfast in hotel restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel right downtown. The staff were very attentive and kind. The facilities were great. I never ate there, as there are lots of places to eat nearby.

The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes' walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbor.

Keefer House has very friendly staff. When we encountered them and when we needed to reach out with requests/questions, they were prompt in their response. The staff left chocolate and some drinks to welcome us as the FIFA games were going on. They also checked to make sure we were able to get into the apartment. They had a variety of appliances for us to use to make coffee or to do laundry. My family was able to bring food back to prepare and eat when we wanted. Our rooms had closet space and king-sized beds, which made for a very pleasant experience.
